“The first light was very cute but too small the second light I got was better but the top did not sit on the base right(defect)so I had to return both of them. Great customer service”

“Lamp is unique but harp and filigree are very cheap, and shade had flaws, they don’t replace so I had to deal with everything on my own. Not great design tools— I needed a harp to elevate the shade that I chose, their software should know that and warn me ahead of time and give me the proper harp and not the cheapest Amazon harp available for a $200 lamp. (The filigree did not connect on the harp, and the lampshades spun around in addition to not being tall enough—Just a cheap poor design).”

After reviewing the correspondence with our customer service team, a replacement was not offered, as you had mentioned that you did not like the style and were interested in exchanging it for a different shade. Unfortunately we do not facilitate exchanges and never received your request for a larger harp and for that we truly apologize. Drum shades in general sit lower than other styles, thus offering different options. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. “When I discovered your ad in English Home magazine , which I subscribe to, I couldn’t help but notice your ingenious, colorful displays of lamp shades and accessories! I was hesitant at first about ordering shades not knowing about sizes and how they would fit correctly to my existing lamps . Pooky made it very easy with helpful instructions about how to go about the process. My first order was placed with several lamp shades and upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised! Not only did the order arrive quickly, it was packaged in a very professional manner . Email notifications were sent as the shades were shipped allowing me to see just when they would arrive. Needless to say, I placed three more orders in a matter of 2 weeks and continue to update many of my shades and lamps - Thank you Pooky for introducing me to your wonderful product! “I had to reach out to customer service because my finial wasn’t locking down tight. Luckily, Lily was on the case immediately. She FedExed two finials, the third one was correct after she tested it to ensure it would work. Superb customer service! Love my groovy lamp! Case closed.”
