“I love love the lamp but not the shade. I have reached out to return but no one has reached out. I have already bought a different shade that I do love from them.”

I’ve checked our system, and it appears you emailed us on Saturday. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST, and while we generally respond within one business day, we do ask for up to three business days during times of high volume, especially after weekends. “I love Pooky. I have just driven the staff mad by ordering the same lampshade in 3 different sizes because I didn't read measuring instructions, and they were adorable and patient. My 3d iteration arrived this morning about a day after I ordered it, fingers crossed. As for style and construction--unbelievable at the price they charge. A genuine bargain in beauty. A shout out to Maria and the other woman whose name I have sadly forgotten for their kindness, empathy, and refraining from laughing out loud at me. THE BEST! ❤️❤️❤️”

“The choices are amazing and the quality in both lamps and shades is superior. Everything came packaged well and was received quickly. I had only one return because of color not right for the room, and was uncomplicated. Their customer service is prompt and pleasant. I'm very happy I found them and have recommended them over and over again. The rechargable floor lamps will be my next purchase. Thank you all at Pooky!”

“We originally ordered a wired picture light. After consulting with our electrician we realized the installation would be more complicated and pricey than we had imagined. We called Pooky to see if the light could be returned. The representative was so very friendly and helpful. Not only did she help us with the return but advised us on other options. We ended up ordering the Marcel cordless picture light and we LOVE it!!!! Love that it’s dimmable and easy to charge. The light has a wonderful streamline look that doesn’t take away from our painting. We are now big Pooky fans and look forward to future purchases. 😊”

“Discovered Pooky Lighting when I lived in the UK and was so excited to learn that they opened a US market when I moved back to the US. They have quality piece at reasonable prices and the designs and ability to mix and match make lamp and shade purchasing fun and creative!”

“Have purchased 5 "scoon" lights - the rust-shale spectrum complements our appointments perfectly. These little wonders provide just enough cover for dark-of-the-night libation looting. On a more practical note their portability eases my dining partner's low-vision challenges without having to turn on the runway lights we save for deep cleaning projects. They cast an appetizing glow over refreshments while hiding bad hair/makeup jobs. What more could one ask for when lighting up life? More scoons maybe...”
