“The picture light I ordered looked nice, buy it was a lot darker than the online picture. Plus the front metal had some blemishes that were not fixable & the screws were crooked so I sadly returned. The process for the refund/return was easy and the email you back right away.”

“Pretty much what I was looking for! I like the “hotel” feel as we have it directed to reflect over the bed. Would change the order the dimmer switch works from high to low”

“I ordered a flush mount chandelier which arrived with one of the glass rods broken. I reported this to Pooky Lighting by email and had a replacement was received within three (3) days...what company does that!!! I am beyond impressed with that response...Thank you. I believe you can be comfortable ordering from this company...and the fixture is beautiful and very well priced”

“The lamps are really pretty and feel very substantial and the shades are truly beautiful (I will definitely buy another, larger shade in the same colour), but the lightbulbs are not bright enough (not even close) for bedtime reading. Can we use a different lightbulb than the ones they came with?”

Thanks for the kind review. You can use different LED bulbs for many of the products however for any Cordless lighting products please utilize the specified bulb for your lamp. They are especially created to be beautiful decorative lighting and not task lighting. Most of our cordless will have 3 levels of brightness as well. If you have any further questions.
