USAFIS, I really need to know if i have been scammed of my hard earned 3216$ to enable me take futher legal action against you. I have made payments of all the EB3 visa program for 2years now and you have not completed any documentation or file in application. I have contacted another Immigration Lawyer for advise and the next legal action will follow suit.
