“May be you could begin with providing the tracking numbers for documents you sent. I received an email my documents had never received it. I had to follow up and have it resent and I was told this is being done as a courtesy. This wouldn't have been required had you provided the tracking details in the first place.”

“I never received a response before I tell them I needed my money back, nobody answered after that at the chat, and I think the next day I received my paper and after that the time for corrections were fine”

“My PhD degree that I earned in other country was qualified as Bachelor degree in US which is really surprising mistake for the certified organisation. However, this mistake has been quickly corrected.”

“They did a good job translating my paperwork, just took a long time for them to do so.. though it was during the holiday season I do expect some kind of feedback if it will take longer.”

“Acelerar el tiempo de servicio, solo para corregir el tamaño de fuente que solicite les tomó como una semana y después cuando me enviaron los documentos por correo tomo casi un mes para recibirlos, de haber sabido que tomaría tanto tiempo todo el proceso no hubiera hecho la traducción con uds al final no use los documentos que me enviaron por correo porque ya era demasiado tiempo y los documentos eran muy urgentes para mi, gracias”

“I made two orders. Results for both order were online. The second order# 2759 I got by mail, but the first order# 2651 that was completed in November 2017 I still do not have. Sent emails twice to you asking where the my order. One time get answer that will be sent, on the second did not get answer. You made me UNhappy”

“It was good for $149/-. Please mention in specific where the assessment will be really accepted. I landed in spending again because in the education department in my state wasn't accepting this assessment. People must really check with the organization of their assessment acceptance.
