My representative Scott tried to deliver the smoothest experience. He did well, when I received a check dated for the 6th I was unable to cash it at the bank from which it was written. Then I was yold I tried to cash it too early. I was confused to why it was my fault. The date and place were correct but I was wrong. I was too hasty. This still confuses me. So my experience and time wasted by my need and speed I guess it was me but I can't see the reason and will probably never reconcile this confusion.

You sucked was told this and that and never happened. Was told money would fund within 24 hrs by a representative of yours. I call the next day to check on and was told they have someone call me back. 3 hrs later I called back and the lady oh I was just going to call you back. It been 3 hrs way more enough time to had already called me back. I then was advised that my money was never even placed on list to get me funded. So I paid some extra bills expecting the deposit like I was told so I had 39 cents all weekend to eat and live on. Not happy at all

Prior to contacting US CLAIMS, I HAD ENCOUNTERED A COUPLE OF OTHER AGENCIES WHO SAID THEY INSISTED WITH EMERGENCY PRE-SETTLEMENT LOANS. IN CONTACTING THOSE AGENCIES I DISCOVERED THAT THEY WERE VERY SELECTIVE AS TO WHICH TYPES OF CASES THEY WOULD POSSESSED WITH WITH pre-settlement loans. In which case mine was not one of them. I contacted us loans and spoke with Melanie VanOpdorp, who was very professional with assisting me in this dilemma. My attorneys requested that they changed the wording in the contract which presented a short delay in processing my request, however Melenie was very open and upfront with me and persisted helping me with my need. In comparison to the other three agency that I had contacted I like to say the agent was very thorough and in a timely manner directed my situation to the appropriate people who got right back to her with the changes and all was good. I would recommend US CLAIMS as thee go to source for anyone waiting for a case to settle and find themselves in need prior to the settlement, to contact US CLAIMS IMMEDIATELY. THANK YOU USCLAIMS for being the answer to my prayers..

I, Tully Tucker would like to Thank Melanie, with U S Claims, she was so Helpful and Professional, after she and my Power of Attorney, Ms. Denise Green agreed upon Documentation, the Process went smooth. The only delay which wasn't U S Claims fault was the delay in the attorney, signing off on the document, in order for me to receive the $500.00. It took longer, than it should have because of the fact, about 9 to 10 days. That was my only Disappointment. Sincerely, Tully Tucker

My name is Terry and I have to say that after researching many avenues I had chosen to make a call to Tribeca. Rory , the owner, answered my call and was honest and straight forward he then transferred me to Danielle. You will not find a sweeter and professional person with any company. Danielle took care of business , answered my questions and showed wonderful compassion to me as a person. Danielle told me that she would work hard to get me the help I needed and boy did she ever. Within two days I had the help I needed. Everybody has a unique situation and therefore there are no promises and for those of you writing bad reviews , shame on you. You have a choice all the way though this process and it is in black and white. If you like it , accept it. If you don't then just say thank you and move on. Bad reviews for frivolous claims show your childish ways. Tribeca and Danielle are wonderful to work with and it never hurts to make the call.

Extremely poor customer service. I had originally submitted a very positive review of your company and gave a good rating. I am now revising my review. I am totally dissatisfied with the treatment I have received from your company. I requested to see if I could increase my original advance amount. I called and spoke to the account executive that I had spoke to on previous occasions. He said it should be no problem. This was on a Wednesday. My situation was very time sensitive and I felt needed urgent attention. I waited till Friday and called and got his voice mail. Left a message requesting a call back to see what the status was on my request. No call back.i called again on Monday left voice mail again. No call back. The reason I had requested additional funds was due to the fact my car was impounded. Everyday I was charged storage fees. I never heard back from anyone it was not till almost three weeks later in was informed that I was at my max and could not get additional funds untill there was progress on my case I ended up losing my car because the amount I requested would not have covered the fees from being there three weeks. Now my case has progressed and I made another request so I could get the funds to possibly purchase a new car. I have been with out for almost three months. I have cancer and need to have a way to get to my doctor visits. I was awarded points with and estimated value of per point. I called to speak with someone at us claims to see if I had any options. I called on the toll free line and was directed to the same account executive. The person I talked to tried to get him on the line and he wasn't available but he would have him call me. That was on November 18th. I have not gotten any call back. That's poor customer service in my opinion. I have now started the process of contacting other companies to see what if any buyout or refinance options I have. I feel like if I would have got a response sooner I would have found other means to get my car back. Does it really take that much the to tell you your at your max? I also will say that when and the only time I talked to my account executive I was told it shouldn't be a problem. I don't think that as a customer I was handled the way you should handle a customer. It was also easier to get funding when it wasn't clear if my case was even gonna be in my favor. Now that I have an estimated amount of my award and know the exact points I have been awarded. I can't even get a phone call back. I am a customer but after this a not very happy one. You should have a negative side for your ratings because I wouldn't even give you a zero it would be more like a -5. Please be better to the next guy.
