I had been funded with a different company, Cartiga, and had the worst issues in worse results. Funding with you as claims was easy and efficient. They reached out right away and Captain contact with me the whole time and we're nothing but helpful they also resolved issues I had a prior with the previous company. I would absolutely recommend them and if I ever needed funding again I would absolutely go to them.

Absolutely phenomenal! I really needed funds until my claim settled so I called Tribeca, applied on Tuesday and the funds were in my account 6am Thursday morning. Gloria and her team are sensational and I recommend anyone that needs advanced funds until they settle.

The process was over 2 weeks, I didn't get the amount I needed but received more than half of what I requested. My claim executive was hard to reach at times yet I will choose US claims over another company I've tried in the past. The interest rate was lower as well than the other company.

I wanted to make a complaint about my Representative Scott Weissman. Mr. Weitzman yelled at me. I was initially approved for $1000.00, via Ervin Lugo, communicated by voicemail. I switched attorneys, and Mr. Weismann told me I was not approved for 1,000 that it was denied,and sent the paperwork to my new attorney for $500.00, which was the incorrect amount. Mr. Weissman refused to make changes, and also refused to let me speak to a manager. Mr.Weissman stated that he was a Manager, and I could speak to no one else. I contacted customer service for his Manager Matthew Zmack,nevercalled me back. I accepted the $500.00 due to timing constraints, but I'm willing to accept the additional $500.00 if someone is willing to correct documentation, and send the new agreement to my attorney,so that you can fund the additional $500.00. I would also like a reprimand,and correction of Mr.Weissman,and I would also like a handwritten apology from Mr.Weissman for his rude, and unprofessional behavior,yelling and screaming at me,telling me what I cannot have or have been denied, when the approved amount was communicated to me by Mr. Lugo.
