“I will recommend USClaims to everyone I know, and to those of you reading my review. USClaims is a professional service which imposes less stress on their clients as well as potential clients through the entire process. They understand the overwhelming impact one goes through being injured and still suffering pain, physically and emotionally while conducting daily business and to find a solution due to the lack of finances is even a more difficult easy task to function. USClaims are staffed with knowledgeable employees and you are assign an assistant that is with you every step of the way. Along side of your Assistant helping you, USClaims is equipped with service representatives that you can contact after hours which had answered my inquires I had from updates or forgot to tell my Assistant a detail, if a question due accuracy in which the rep can not provide a specific answer, at such time a notification is sent directly to your Assistant who will contact you back immediately on the following business day. Some Settlements take a lengthy time before you receive your monies during this waiting time period, emergency arise or prolonging of obligation, etc. bills can no longer be extended, car repairs or a much needed getaway we are not the only victims impacted, it affects our entire household. Children suffer with worry and concern the added extra pressure to see and hear their parent's pain as their special engagement in school and athletics are altered.
