“Very quick just felt things could have been explained better., as in for clarification regarding the amount you want to borrow how much interest will accrue every 6 months. I most definitely just felt like a number and not a person.,”

“I would have given more stars but it took over a week to process the loan and another 2 days to hit my bank account. I was really up against the wall and I wish the process was smoother. However, I truly appreciate the funds finally being available to me in my time of need. Thank you Regards Cassandra Alexander”

“It's always wonderful to work with Matt and he does a great job. I'm a little confused as to with all the information we have while I was not able to get a much higher amount that I was looking for seeing I've got an enormous amount coming to me very soon from the boy scouts but this little bit will help me a little bit of the way.”

“The process was over 2 weeks, I didn't get the amount I needed but received more than half of what I requested. My claim executive was hard to reach at times yet I will choose US claims over another company I've tried in the past. The interest rate was lower as well than the other company.”

“The process of receiving the funds was very difficult at some point there was a lot of back and forth with any lawsuits which is the agency that accepting me for the loan however once USClaims submitted their final document the process what's kind of smooth thank you and hopefully I can do business with the help of you guys again”

“My representative Scott tried to deliver the smoothest experience. He did well, when I received a check dated for the 6th I was unable to cash it at the bank from which it was written. Then I was yold I tried to cash it too early. I was confused to why it was my fault. The date and place were correct but I was wrong. I was too hasty. This still confuses me. So my experience and time wasted by my need and speed I guess it was me but I can't see the reason and will probably never reconcile this confusion.”
