“They waste no time on shipping you the stuff to ship your phone off but once you send you phone, you’re screwed. It’s my partly my fault for not doing proper research which I normally do but I didn’t do it this time, I shipped my phone the day I got my prepaid shipping label and one week, I haven’t heard nothing from the company nor the buyer. Reach out them by email but not personal just copy and paste email that they send to everyone that has issue with this company so I’m on stand by.. my advice to you STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY.... THEY’RE FRAUD AND SCAMMERS... do not make the same mistake as I do... USELL IS WORTHLESS COMPANY, that doesn’t care about anything but MONEY”
