When I had trouble getting my new SIM card to work in an old phone, the chat agent, (Salar A.) was fantastically patient and resourceful, helping me through lots of detailed steps to solve the problem which is only caused by my rural location, not the US Mobile technology. Really, the agent was excellent! Thank you!

Love this company! The ability to get right to customer service via chat, change your account details in real time, and have good coverage in most locations are all worth the switch from a big (non-)communications giant a few years back. Thanks guys!

I had a particular interesting problem with re-activating my account and sorting out sim cards for which worked with what phone (I have a combination of phones and sims). It took an extreme amount of time, and yet my service rep had no problems at all working with me in a very professional and fluid manner.

US Mobile provides great plan tailoring, and easy top-offs for the occasional month when you use more than expected in a service category, e.g. voice, text or data. In my case, they have explained that I am eligible to use my phone as a mobile hotspot with no additional equipment or charge - up to the data limit that I purchase. Online research shows this little known feature is sometimes called Wi-Fi tethering, and will allow me to get my PC or tablet online when other connections are not available. Very hopeful that they restore a good selection of mid-range cell phones, although my unlocked cell phone works with their free SIM card starter kit with 2 options.

I don't know why USMobile is dropping my cell network connection from time to time. Last time it was only the texting that goes down, but today it was both cell data and text (and I never tested placing a call). Once I'm at home with wifi again they will solve whatever issue they are having with my line within 30 minutes or so - and don't get me wrong, once they are told about the problem, the resolution goes really smoothly, even if I, like today, had to switch from chatting on the phone to using a computer (because the phone was rebooting, and rebooting again). So in short, they seem to have some technical issue somewhere that I wish they would resolve once and for all, but the help chat works flawlessly.

I had problem with my autorenew, so customer care assit me for like an hour. and finally he purchase for me. Literally i was really exhausted but he was continuously helping me without hesitation. It was a great experience, really appreciate their help.

Was a bumpy road, but through a couple chats we have finally got my new s20 working on the network! They gave me service days for the time I was without a phone as well! So that really worked and helped me

Both my husband and I were having trouble accessing our voicemail. Couldn't figure it out ourselves so I hopped on US Mobiles chat and Abdullah Y. was able to quickly figure out (in less then 5 minutes) and fix the problem. I appreciate good/hassle free customer service and US Mobile always provides that. Would def recommend!!
