Do yourself a favor, switch now, here is a cellular carrier that actually appreciates their customers. Every single time I call, I recieve quality and respectful service from a actual representative immediately and these agents that help you are qualified and get whatever problem you may have fixed! I highly recommend U.S. Mobile and I am very satisfied with my service and experience that they offer.

Faisal Mohammed was the best customer service rep I have ever worked with. He patiently walked me through getting my family lines pooled and working. He even called me back to double check! If I could recommend this guy for management I would. Seriously he is the kind of person that makes customers stick around when they have problems!! Thanks US mobile.

The value of US mobile cannot be overstated. The customer service is outstanding, and I am always made to feel like I’m speaking with a family member, who cares about my situation. Osama is an outstanding customer service representative, and should be commended for his attention to detail his courtesy and kindness. We highly recommend US mobile to anyone looking for quality and value.

Nobel was able to help me in an emergency situation. I was locked out of my phone due to entering the wrong default SIM PIN for the Super LTE card. He was able to transfer my current active line to another SIM.

Maria was fantastically patient with a pleasant tone that did not make me feel bad for being technologically challenged. We had a complex issue to fix. Not once did I feel like bother or like she was frustrated. I thought enjoyed working with a person who should be recognized as an asset to USMobile.

Zeeshan was very helpful. I called a few days before to cancel service. The reps solution to avoid spam was to delete and block. That would take all day. I was not happy. I cancelled service after talking to supervisor, he said the same thing. But when I wasn't cancelled I called back to shut off service I got Zeeshan and he changed my mind. He cared and he helped figure out the problem. He should be a supervisor and train his team. I had a business with sixty people. I know how people should be treated. Take care

I'm a RETURNING customer; I was *younger & foolish* to leave for a promotion elsewhere. It was a Nightmare (with previous carrier) to convert to a Single line-account & feeling like a Hostage. Only time & patience prevailed until I got my Transfer-Pin. Luckily I got Mr. Khyzer Naseef (a Miracle worker) to *hold my hand* for 54 minutes to complete my Transfer-In & porting my phone # took ONE minute when we were both dis-connected. :( Now I'm back for good & saving 55% on my bill. I AM *older & wiser* to avoid giant cellphone carriers and return here to speak to LiveAgents ~within minutes~ & (not listen to infamous recording "We're currently experiencing high volume of Blah Blah Blah....")

US Mobile has the best customer service of any phone company we have worked with! The representatives are polite, patient with my lack of technical knowledge, and extremely knowledgeable. And, we have never had to wait more than a few minutes to talk to a representative. Planning on making US Mobile our life-long phone company. Thank you, Joshua and Yasir for all your help!

I just started with them, and also this is my first time using esims, and I needed not only the regular esims (myself and my wife's) but also needed esims for another country. I apparently messed that up by purchasing 2 esims for the same line, so I first started with a chat with Saniya... she was nice but couldn't figure things out, so she gave me the voice line and I talked to Anum for perhaps 40 minutes. Anum not only got me all straightened out, but she also got a voicemail snafu fixed! Most amazingly she was very pleasant and I would really like to bring her doughnuts or something!
