Great overall experience. I especially love the messaging feature because it's fast and Kamil Khan resolved my issue quickly. Is US Mobile the best MVNO provider? I think so.

I am a new customer with US Mobile. I had a question about my phone settings - It showed "Roaming Indicator Off" instead of the network name. I spoke with Kamil Khan through the virtual chat. He was super kind, very knowledgeable, and tried everything he could to solve the issue. He verified with his team that there isn't an issue on the back end with this message and all services are expected to be working properly. He informed me that is not a service issue and more likely a device issue (which could probably be resolved with a factory reset or software upgrade). Thanks again for the help!

I really enjoy this company. The website is easy to use and understand. Anytime I have problems their customer support is always knowledgeable and curious and they do their best to find solutions. I also like being able to personalize my plans. I recommend this company.

Great service at a great price. Nice being able to customize my rate plan to my specific needs. I was also able to make adjustments as my usage need changed. Kamil Khan was great providing technical support. He knew what the problem was right away and knew exactly how to resolve it. He walked me through a process that I would not have been able to resolved on my own. Excellent technical support by him.

I signed up recently for US Mobile (coming from T-Mobile USA). This has been an excellent experience. The customer service at US Mobile is great. Their team helped me with a minor issue of not choosing the best plan for me, and helped set me on the right path.

Had a problem send pictures to Android users (I use an iPhone). Tried many things, never got it resolved. Chatted with Aaron Wylie in their Customer Support group, and in under an hour, it was resolved perfectly. He provided exact step-by-step directions to get the job done. Very knowledgeable, very customer friendly, and he has a great sense of humor, which since we were in the middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic, was greatly appreciated! In addition, what else I love about US Mobile is their plan setup. Most flexible in the industry. Do a lot of texting but little talking and little data? Buy a plan that supports that. Don't ever use data? Configure your plan that way. AND, you can change it every month, as your needs change. AND if you run out of something like data, you can 'top up' for that month alone, at any time, without changing your basic plan. In short, I could not be happier with my cell company than I am with US Mobile.

stop what you’re doing and switch to us mobile. you get to make your plan, and get less of what you don’t care about and more of what you actually use! it’s dumb not to switch. me and kamil khan set up my new phone in the blink of an eye. if you’re looking for a sign to switch carriers. this is it

I love the service. I get the same stuff as verizon minus the expensive bill. The assistance is great as well. I am happy to have this service. I don't think I will change services again any time soon. Thank you for everything.
