Received my sim in the mail yesterday. A few quick key strokes later my old AT&T iPhone 6s was connected to Verizon (through US Mobile) on LTE. I did have an issues activating my hotspot initially but after a 1 minute online chat with USMobile.com and a phone reset it was corrected.

We were on Walmart Family Plan and we were always getting dropped calls, and missed messages. With Us Mobile we get great service, the lines are clear and now we get all our messages! I would recommend Us Mobile to our friends and family.

I have had a bit of a rocky start with US Mobile transitioning from ATT, but every time I needed help, the customer service was excellent. Today Kamil Kan spent over 2 hours to help me optimize the settings on my new iPhone. He was very patient and had options if one pathway did not fix the issue.

I had a concern about my data, I contacted on the us mobile app. The app is handy! But when typing it can respond a bit late. Other than that the service is great. I want to point out that a Employee Faisal S. did a great job at assisting me. Faisal was very polite and quick in assisting me. Faisal was there to answer all the questions I had and wished me to stay healthy! Especially with this hectic time! This person deserves a bonus or recognition. I’ve been with this phone plan company for years but this experience was one of my very best! When I’m using in need of assistance, everyone is polite and assist me but today was a bit different. I could imagine that I was helped in person and I was taken care of the way everyone should be (:

US Mobile support is the best. They responded in seconds and guided me through the process well. My previous carrier Wing refused to give me my account number and pin. They went in circles for an hour... super unprofessional. I ended telling them that Wing has permanently lost my business. US Mobile was a breeze setting up and the support was fast, courteous, and excellent. Shout out to Zia R. for doing such a great job! Ya'll have earned a lifelong customer.

Thus far, I have always received very prompt and patient customer service. Everyone I have spoken with has been reassuring and worked with me until a resolution to my issue was found. I don’t think the prices can be beat, and I love the flexibility of being able to alter my plan on a monthly basis. A++

The service I receive through their chat rivals- nay exceeds- anything Verizon ever did. Quick response, no need to be bounced between departments.... I don't have to ask for tier 2 tech support.. they just fix it correctly, the first time.

Switched my family from T-Mobile at $70+ a month to US Mobile on the T-Mobile Network for $30 a month. Awesome customer service & Tech support. Every time I call for set-up help they give away the Store with free SIM card coupons (nothings EVER free at T-Mobile). Also like their web Dashboard. Super clean layout without a bunch of menus and pages your forced to click through. And a BIG thank you for NOT following the herd and pushing another phone App on your customers. The last thing I want to install on my phone is a customer service replacement battery sucking hacker friendly advertising phone App.

My existing provider increased my bill $78/mo to $115/mo. After researching other carriers, I decided to go with US Mobile. After a short and thorough explanation of services and billing, I requested their starter kit and I received it within 2-3 days. I got busy and forgot to execute the change from Credo to US Mobile. However, I received two reminders. The first was another bill from Credo and the second was a reminder from US Mobile. US Mobile even offered to give me a month free if I opted to make the switch, so I did. I had a couple of questions about the plans and also about porting my existing number over to US Mobile. The CSR, Zia R., who helped me was fantastic! My whole experience from beginning to end was as smooth as silk. US Mobile temporarily broke my Happy Meter! I'm stuck on 100% for a bit. And glad of it. I will now seek a sales position with US Mobile (maybe) because with support like this on the back end, I believe I could earn a fortune promoting US Mobile! If my user experience is close to this, I will have hit cell phone service heaven!

My texting wasn't working. Annel J. Was wonderful in figuring out the problem. It took some time, but It's not how long it takes, it's that it was resolved and I don't feel like my problem wasn't understood, pleasant experience, thanks!

i ttook so long to put the chip in an old iphone 6 but finally it worked. Customer support really patient testing it.
