“I switched from Verizon to US Mobile because my bill was outrageous and customer service was meh. I couldn't be happier with my switch to US mobile. Service is not quite as good as Verizon, but their CUSTOMER SERVICE make up for it!!!!! Every time I call or do a message, they are QUICK to get with me and they actually act like they care (rare these days). My rep, Imran, answered my question in a breeze and was so nice! Keep up the good customer service and you'll have a customer for life!”

“I was on a call with Fatima, to activate my new line. I was facing issues in processing the payment as the zip code somehow would not work. Fatima was very smart on suggesting to enter a near by zip and it worked!! Thanks for your support!”

“I just recently signed up for US Mobile. I have been with the same mobile service for a while so it took me a little while to figure out the new process of signing up. I called the Customer Support number with lots of questions. SEHRISH was my agent and did a PHENOMENAL job walking me through the process and helping me figure everything out. I would try to request her (if that's allowed). So far my service with US Mobile has been excellent and I would highly recommend it to others.”

“Was so worried that I would have to get rid of my phone and get a new one, luckily Amir solved that problem. He really took the time to walk me through and troubleshoot the problem I was facing with my phone not being connected via data which was really important for me to use my map to get to where I’m going. Amir was very patient and thorough, boy I really don’t enjoy staying on the line or calling back customer support but USMobile have been great with connectivity.”

“I had issues getting mobile data to work, as a techie person i usually have no issues adding APN settings and activating mobile phones. Off shore support is usually a nightmare but I was blow away after speaking with Saif from Pakistan. Truly not making this up, he spoke perfect english with little accent - was very easy for me a dumb southern boy to understand. He knew exactly what was wrong and after about 15 minutes of messing with settings, changing APN names and rebooting the phone everything is working perfectly. Very happy with US Mobile support. Will come back later to review the service after I have been using it a few months.”
