Bait and switch with US Mobile. Tried to charge me double what the their unlimited plan is so I dropped them. When I first started with them they said after 6 months they would refund my money for the unlocking of my phone (didn't happen) so screw US Mobile.

They didn't. They lied. Said unlimited texts. Sent out very few in comparison. Was blocked multiple times. Canceled three days later. They refused to refund me.

1 - The service has bad quality and it was not fixed.
2 - The device restock fee is ridiculous making return impractical. IE: a rip off.
3 - Now we'll see what they say about the 100% refund for the plan costs.

I am unable to get a refund for the Starter Kit/Sim Card so either I have to try this 8GB data plan out and hope the the best or wait another whole with to recieve a SIM card from another company.

I have autopay, was charged two days before plan expired, but US Mobile still cut my service off. Said it was a technical issue but I think I deserve a refund of some sort. That was a lot of unneeded stress!!!
