“I purchased a call/text only plan for my elderly father. I was told that because he doesn't use data, this would be fine. Later, my father, who lives 200 miles away from me, was stranded without phone access because the "free data" ran out. They explicitly promised me this exact scenario would never happen. Go figure. Now they are insisting that I buy a data plan every month. I just don't like being misled, so I'm going to switch away from these guys. I asked whether I could at least get a refund credit for the inconvenience and they told me it was against their policy. Go figure. I also copied and pasted this review to their customer service live chat to ask if anything was untrue before I posted this. USMobile could not point to anything untrue.”
