“Very poor. Every Single time I buy a new package I have to manually call the CS to activate it and it seems they can't fix it. Will be switch to another provider”

“I ported my number from another carrier and I was impatient and was writing customer service an email when my phone rang and got an email at same time telling me that my number was ported already, so I was pleasantly surprised and am happy about that. Really the porting was done very quickly, maybe too only 20 to 30 minutes.”

“Their plans for seniors, sharp reps, patience and help resetting my old number, ie the techies, so far what's not to like? The whole family is switching as soon as contracts are up with other carriers.”

“While the purchasing / service options are very flexible, the voice quality (clarity, call drops, etc), inability to send photos or attachments via SMS even to other US Mobile phones, and the data issues (slow speed, connectivity issues, and other problems) are something that keeps this service from being considered good and closer to borderline poor quality all around.. For the price, I suppose it may be considered acceptable. However, the data price is too high considering the issues we face so often.”
