“I have had US mobile for 4 years and have had great service. I recently moved, and their GSM coverage does not provide service at my new house. They made switching to the Super LTE service very easy, and their online chat representative, Haroon, was prompt and helpful at navigating me through the process. My rate would have gone up during the switch, but they allowed me to maintain my current rate.”

“Customer service blew my expectations out of the water u get a human within a minute or 2 literally! I have dealt with ATNT plenty n US MOBILE customer service blows ATNT customer service away! Wanted to say thanks again to Haroon S. LOVE LOVE LOVE my US MOBILE service ABSOLUTELY light years speed ahead of ATNT cell phone stored not even close they made me a believer FOR SURE!!!!”

“They made it very easy to get a SIM kit and try their service. I was then able to very easily port my phone # over from my previous provider. On their web page, it says it can take 24-48 hours, but it only took ~ 45 minutes. Zia did a great job of walking me through the process.”

“The agent that assisted me today was wonderful. He was able to hlp me unlock my phone so I can use US Mobile's service when neither AT&T nor KG was able to do or would not take the time to do. I recommend that everyone use US Mobile's service. Not only is it the best price you can find, it also has the best Customer Service of any company with whom I have ever dealt. Thank you so very, very, very much!!!”

“I had a minor set up issue with my mobile hot-spot and they had it fixed in less than five minutes with only a brief online chat. it's not a person talking to you over the phone but it worked great and they were courteous, and most importantly solved the problem quickly. The service is great and signal works good. data speeds are never an issue and the price is great. we got our SIM cards quickly and though set up didn't go perfectly smooth they got us up and running quickly. I'm really pleased with this service and we've had it now for a couple of month.”

“Customer service is so helpful and the are kind patient and fast every issue I have had they have fixed for me very very quickly the prices are reasonable and I love the mix and match plans and how easy it is to add data minutes and texts during the month when you have run out they have me my refund and they were fast about getting it back the service is just as reliable as all of the other carriers out there”
