Telephone representative "Haroon" demonstrated patience, kindness, warmth and EXPERTISE! He reassured me concerning my data usage; uncertain whether I would be wise to add data minutes this month. I am in the midst of moving from one state to another; internet connection, moving into my new apartment may take a bit more time to accomplish! I shall monitor my usage. And add minutes if required! "Haroon" advised all appeared fine. He was professional, diligent, caring and a wonderful representation of US Mobile! I look forward to continuing my association with US Mobile! FIRST: I want to talk about how great of a customer service rep that Haroon Majeed is 🥇.... He treated me with respect.... even though I have a voice which has a thick accent after my strokes.... And he was very professional, he was very helpful... He offered and helped me through the whole process... And he was patient with me even though I'm 64 years old....And I'm NOT USED to SUCH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE..... See, from MOST OF THE REPS at the provider I currently have.... ONLY about 4 REPS in 10 years had treated me CORRECTLY.... So this is like a breath of fresh air !!! SECOND: YOUR CEO has done a grand job of providing an excellent service, at a fantastic price, that NO OTHER INTERNET PROVIDER can possibly COMPARE to... !!! ASTONISHINGLY.... OFFERING TO TRY IT OUT FOR FREE FOR 50 DAYS AND 50 G'S OF DATA !!! AMAZING...!!!! So...Thank you Sir...because since I'm DISABLED and everything is so EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE ...I could no longer afford to pay for ALL the DATA I NEED MONTHLY... To keep up with this ever-changing world.... To follow what is going to AFFECT MY LIFE "DAILY".... AND your service is much more important also because I HAVE NO VEHICLE AND SO, I'M HOMEBOUND.... TO A SYSTEM THAT CUTS US OFF THE MOMENT WE GET TO THE THRESHOLD.... AND FOR ME THAT'S LIFE 🧬 THREATENING THREATENING... AND TO TOP IT OFF.... THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP DID NOT EVEN CARE...! & THOUGH IT IS "SUPPOSED" TO BE A "CHRISTIAN" ORGANIZATION... THE LAST REP I SPOKE TO.... LIED TO ME AND DEFENDED HIS COMPANY AND REPRIMANDED ME FOR USING MY DATA AFTER THE THRESHOLD.... HE TREATED ME VERY UN-GODLY.... SO I THANK HIM FOR THAT... BECAUSE, BECAUSE OF THE WAY HE MIS-TREATED ME.... IT PUSHED ME TO LOOK FOR AN ALTERNATIVE SOURCE, TO BUY MY DATA FROM SO, very QUICKLY I FOUND YOUR SERVICE !!! IT IS SO TRUE GOD WORKS IN MYSTERIOUS WAYS... SO HE LED ME TO YOUR SITE...! AND I KNEW I COULD COUNT ON JESUS...BECAUSE HE DID SO MANY MIRACLES TO REPAIR MY VOICE & BODY...AFTER MY THREE STROKES.... THAT PEOPLE TELL ME I SHOULD WRITE A BOOK ABOUT THE MASSIVE NUMBER OF MIRACLES I'VE RECEIVED... EVEN ON A MINUTE TO MINUTE BASIS

Syed Kazmi at US Mobile was FANTASTIC in running to ground and fixing my Voicemail access problem. Great job, Syed! And btw, *all* the US Mobile tech support folks are FRIENDLY, helpful, and 'KNOW THEIR STUFF'. A pleasure dealing with them!

I chatted online with 1st agent. I was told I cannot activate the eSim becuz even though the phone is unlocked it was previously locked. I was so upset! I googled and foubdcthe issue discussed on Reddit. I followed a suggestion. Afterwards I called US mobile and Haroon Marjeed saved the day! My husband's phone is now working with an e-Sim. He did a great job. He deserves a raise and or a bonus! Thank you so much, Haroon!

Just switched to USM am very happy I did. I work in the Mountains and Tello had it was always dead spots. Also the customer service through chat is amazing. This is one cell phone company plan on having a long time.

Nobel was the best! I was having an issue with porting my number from my old carrier and he was able to get my problem solved. He was also extremely patient as we tried to figure out the new Esim activation. The best customer service I have had!!

This rep Haroon Majeed was great to resolve this difficult issue of phone not working. He gave me a good confidence in US Mobile service. You can ask for him when you call for help which I will do.

I had a very awesome experience with Nobel. He was very knowledgeable and was able to guide me with the issue that I had problems with. I also had a hotspot issue which he solved also. Very happy the call.

I had a US Mobile representative sit on the phone for an hour and a half to make sure that I finally got my issues resolved. After dealing with a lost device and not being able to log in to my email, it seems like there was going to be no hope. But Samantha found a workaround to make sure that I was able to get things handled. This is just one instance the pricing is perfect the service is great, US mobile is a quality service.

Patience - having worked recently with (3) different support people I noticed they were all very patient with me to get everything just right. The latest person was Samantha who was just a joy to work with. I wish I could reward her personally but that may not be possible so let this be a big thank you to all three support folks who helped me setup my two phone that I transferred from AT&T. I look forward to a long and lasting relationship with US Mobile.

I was having so much problem with incorrect trasfer pin#, 4 times! Together with Nobel from US mobile, we finally completed the trasfer and he answered several questions I had. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and patient. With highly qualified employees like Nobel, I would definitely recommend US mobile services. Thanks Nobel.
