Not directly as Apple has not given them this feature yet even though they have asked. You can use TruPhone for AppleWatch and with call and text message forwarding you can get calls and messages to your phone on AppleWatch and reply can call out.

They support the three biggest carriers based on network you choose. Warp=Verizon, Light Speed = T-Mobile, Dark Star = AT&T

No extra fee, but you are not eligible for the 50 day free trial which is only for those that port in. However you can get first month of US Mobile Unlimited Starter for 1/2 off so $12.50/mo.

Yes, as long as it is carrier unlocked and supports US bands on either the Warp (Verizon) or GSM (T-Mobile) network. Warp: LTE 2, 4, 5, 13*, 66, 5G n40, n26-, n261, n2, n5, n66, n77, n78 GSM: LTE 2, 4*, 5, 12*, 25, 26, 41, 66, 71*, 5G n41, n260, n261, n71 * = required/highly recommended
