"I was told on 4\/19\/23 that my storage was sold. I did not get phone call nor an email. But the last time it was going to be auctioned I did receive a call and email. This time they are claiming they called my number, but I gave them my new number when this happened before.I have anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and have been heavily triggered. Not to mention when my storage was going to be previously auctioned we came up with a settlement price. And once my friend got there with the cash due to my relocating in another state. He mentioned 200 dollars more. My friend believe the manager was trying to pocket it. Attached are the emails. I am now getting legal council. Do not do business with this company PERIOD! I unfortunately came upon hard times, and now have literally lost everything. My business items, recipes, paperwork for my business, precious family photos, scrapbooks. This was all I had left that I worked my A$$ off for. This whole experience has been so traumatizing. Even in the beginning there was so much unprofessionalism."
