This company is a disgrace. We changed supplier on the 1st Dec 2023, we have spent all morning trying to get a refund of over £900. We had a final bill but we are now being told that we need to get our new supplier to send the readings even though they were on their final bill. We keep getting passed from different depts then get cut off. Please AVOID at all costs Still NOT got our refund

They won't refund you, that's their business model, very similar to pensions these days.

I moved house and for obvious reasons, I decided not to be a customer with Utilita anymore, however, I still had credit on my meter which needed to be refunded to me.

I moved home recently and filled the form out to request the refund of £192 balance on the meter was advised it would be with me within 14 days. its only been 9 n as of yet its not arrived although looking through the reviews I'm now panicking that it's not going to turn up now has anyone had a positive experience with the refund process if so please can you reply to this post much appreciated.

Over an hour on hold anytime you want to contact them. Take money that doesn't go on your meter and you have to chase them for a refund. Meters and app have different balances. Terrible company

By far the worst energy supplier. Moved in last month and had to pay a previous tenants debt of £60 in order to get £20 worth of electricity for the month. Was told I won't get a refund. Call times are absolutely ridiculous you would be waiting about 2 hours for someone to answer and just pass you on to someone else
