I have had issues since May with not being able to top up first with electric then once the new meters were installed I could not top up on gas.i have emphysema so I have to stay warm and not being able to put my heating on because I had to save what credit I had for showers was awful. After months of going back and forth I spoke to a lovely lady today called Brenda Njagi and she was wonderful, Brenda listen to all my concerns and when we got cut off she rang me back and then within half an hour fixed the issue and made sure I had enough credit to have my heating on ,thank you very much Brenda! Fantastic customer service 👏 👌

Excellent service from Kylie in your "no payment card information" department. I was ringing on behalf of my daughter who is very poorly. She helped me so much. Thank you Kylie.

I was very disappointed in utility customer services felt I got got fob off time and time again when I was on the phone yo customer service i was off the supply for 3 day with out hot water or gas had to go out and pay for heater to heat my own home the enginer who come out zaheer was fantastic very kind and very professional he made sure we had heating on in our property zeheer come out to the property late at night and did a fantastic work and didn't rush the job he really did take his time I'm so happy with everything zaheer had done he even fitted new meter in our property I'm so please for everything our enginer has done for us

I have just submitted a review off the fantastic customer service I received from a Mr Matt Nc(first initials off surname) I mistakenly clicked just 1 star thinking it was 5. Anyhow I wish to correct my mistake. To confirm I give Mr Matt Nc 5 out off 5 stars!!...Yours Ms Happy customer!! 😊
