I have been with them for over 6 months now and I have had no issues. Yes they put up my direct debit but my usage increased. It is still far cheaper than any of the bigger companies. The transfer to them was simple and the submitting of meter readings is easy. What else do you want? I dont regularly want to have a chat with my energy supplier so who cares!”
