The switch from my previous supplier to Utility Point was very smooth and if my calculations are correct I should save around £200 a year. I have no issues - so far so good.

I moved to utility point because there customer service was so good I like the payments method of paying more in winter months and less in the summer months, there costings are one of the cheapest on the market, very good and quick transfer I was informed of every step. Well done utility point.

Early days as I have recently switched, but I have been impressed with the service so far. It’s really great not to be kept on hold for ages when you phone in.

(1) The energy price is competitive and (2) I had a good follow-on on my request to change the address of the energy supply. However, there are also some negative points: (3) continuous attempts to increase the direct debit above the actual energy consumption; and (4) huge waiting times to talk to customer service

The switch from my previous supplier was simple and went smoothly. Utility Point sent me regular email updates of the transfer process which was good. Their web site is easy to use and so far now the switch has taken place it’s all gone well.

Seems to be alright. Electricity and gas seem to work, which is more than can be said for my train tonight which suddenly left me screeching to a halt in the dark. I guess they don't do train supplies? I mean, it's all the same juice at the end of the day, but I guess it's a tad more complicated to get it there, unless the train drags a big cable along. Anyway, it's electricity; and gas. Apart from the switch I've not had any engagement so it seems to have been simple with no issues. Haven't had the need to call customer services, etc. so can't offer anything more than a middle of the road 3*s. On that basis, I'm not sure offering a prize draw for a review is going to have the effect they desired?

I haven't got much experience with the company yet. They appeared to be efficient, yet my previous supplier could not send me the final bill as they have not got the final figures from Utility Point after more than 4 weeks of transference of supplier

Great service ..change over happened when it was due to...not like my last 3 moves of suppliers. So far no complaints only had to phone once and got through quickly. My impression is of a well run and professional service and have no trouble understanding and using their website. Pleased with my choice as it was the cheapest fix deal.

I have just switched from Bulb to Utility Point. The switch was straightforward and when I have phoned them they have been very helpful.Have just submitted my first readings will see how it goes from here.
