“In my opinion, it is unwise to send a “How are we doing” email to a person who Still hasn’t received the product. I highly doubt I will ever use your company again. Oh, and by the way, can you please send my rear window Now?”

“Ordered full tilt windshield and self canceling blinkers. Order came in quickly. Put blinkers set up on. No problem . Put the windshield on. No problem. Til we took off the paper coating. It has guages/scratches on the top part. Emailed immediately alo g with pictures showing guages/scratches and Tiffany responded quickly. I'm like great, fast response. Now crickets. I have emailed and called but still crickets. Am I going to get a replacement??”

“The customer service rep I was messaging with asking about the windshield I was looking to purchase was very helpful in making sure it was the right one. After making my purchase he noticed that I had ordered the wrong one and called me to let me know, then he fixed my order so it would be the correct window for my UTV. I have received it and placed it on my UTV, and without a doubt I can say I love my new windshield!!!”

“Friendly and fast service. The hood light works and fits great. Alot of compliments. Using the Postal service is a joke. It went from your facility to Canton, then to Oak Creek, Wisconsin, to Madison Wisconsin, to Orlando Florida, to Chicago Illinois, to Madison Wisconsin, to Portage Wisconsin, back to Madison Wisconsin and finally to its destination, New Lisbon Wisconsin. It took 8 days. Then after I picked it up at the Post Office, I got a message from USPS that the package was being sent back to you guys. What a screwed up mess. UPS or FED X for me from now on.”

“Purchased the KFI plow kit. The winch arrived DOA. utv direct would not replace it and asked me to contact Warn directly. Why should the customer have to contact a manufacturer for a dead out of the box product they utv direct sold me? We went around for awhile then they finally sent me a replacement. However not a pleasant experience first doing business with utv direct. Also original shipping was sent out from three of four different warehouses. However I only was only provided one tracking number and they never responded to my requests for sending me the remaining tracking numbers. Again not a very good first time customer experience.”
