“With my recent side-by-side purchase, I was made aware of UTVDirect. I looked over their website, called into customer service with a few questions, and recieved prompt answers. I ordered several accessories for my new Kawasaki FXR 1000, which were all delivered in less than 3 days. What I really appreciated was the accessories were just as the customer service rep stated and I could not be happier with the products or UTVDirect. I will definely keep UTVDirect as my go to supplier.”

“The web site is very easy to navigate and I really like the wish list. The only negative feedback I have is it would be nice to be able to ask a question about a product. Example: I purchased a rear bumper and I had a question about how it mounts and would it interfer with my dump box. I know items can be return but it is nice to know exactly what you are getting so you don't have to return it.”

“I mistakenly ordered the wrong size item for my Polaris Ranger. They personally reached out several times to ensure the correct bed sizing before shipping which saved me lots of headache. Old school service. Definitely recommend.”
