DO NOT order from this company!! I ordered something 3 weeks ago for my son for Christmas. I’ve called multiple times. No one will return my calls. I’ve asked for a tracking number. I guess I’m out $300!!!

Purchased an item off of the website, got a call a couple days later letting me know that it was unavailable. Then got offered something cheaper but it was at a higher price than listed on the website... Will not shop here again.. Good riddance....

I ordered side mirrors for my Polaris General off-road vehicle. They were Seizmik model 18073 and advertised to fit my machine by clamping to the roll cage. These mirrors were originally designed to fit a Polaris Ranger, which has a vertical roll cage. The Polaris General roll cage is tilted inward and twisted slightly. These mirrors do not adjust to compensate for this tilt and twist, so getting a proper rear view is not possible. They sell an additional bracket to mount the mirror elsewhere, but nowhere does it state it is required for a proper fit, nor do I want to mount them in the alternate location. Jerome, whom I spoke with at the manufacturer, even told me that the brackets that come with the mirrors were designed for the Ranger and it was too costly to redesign them for the General. UTV Headquarters refused to take the mirrors back unless I paid the return shipping.

Placed an order over 1 month ago and received an acknowledgement on July 1. Have had no communication from the company since other than a request to provide this feedback. If my order cannot be filled, I would like someone to contact me and provide a refund.

Bought a $600 Bluetooth speaker for my pioneer 500 and a tinted half windshield. Within 10 of the speakers installed and playing it starts messing up and only 3 days later I had to take it apart to fix internal wiring. Then they called to inform me that the tinted windshield is no longer sold no big deal but I had to contact them because I had not gotten any tracking or info on that. And they went ahead and sent me a clear windshield.

Ordered a power stirring unit for a john deere 620i . Was called three days later only to be told that it would take 6 to 8 weeks to receive the unit.I fill that on a large priced item as this there could have been a rush on it.Have the correct unit on its way in 4 to 5 working days and saved 75.00. Thanks for your concern, Lost Customer

Ordered Red got Black Returning went alright But Red paint didn’t match the Yamaha YXZ red , couldn’t tell until I got it out in the day light Didn’t say anything at time of purchase But when you pay that much for a part , and it was red , it should of matched the Yamaha red Disappointed.

Spent over 1200.00, and the parts really don't fit properly. There is so much dirt and dust that came inside the UTV that I had to remove everything that was installed that cost me another 600.00. So, 1800.00 in parts &labor laying in my garage totally useless to me know. Called to vendor UTV headquarters, left a message of my concerns and never got a call back. Great customer service? NOT!!!!
