At this point, all I can give is a poor review. I have not received the product which I have ordered. I am not sure if the product has even been shipped. If you want to improve customer satisfaction, perhaps you should wait until the customer has actually received the product before asking for a review. Another recommendation to improve customer satisfaction would be to notify the customer when the product is shipped and provide a tracking number. Perhaps you do this and I have not received it yet because you have not shipped it yet. I don't know. A final recommendation would be to ship as fast as possible. You are competing with other companies like Amazon who are shipping out same day when possible. An example of this would be that at the same time I order the lift kit from you, I ordered several other parts off of Amazon. I have the parts I ordered off of Amazon. I have no idea when I am going to receive the product I ordered from you. This does affect the customer's decision when deciding where to order the product from. Hope this helps. I understand that sometimes things can't be shipped same day or even same week and I am not upset, annoyed a little, but it would be nice to be kept updated and it would certainly help if you didn't ask for a review before you even shipped the part.

Have not received the order yet. Was ordered 02/24/2019 and received a conformation email but nothing since except this request for a review.

The Ruff Tuff Seat Covers are custom made per order and take approximately3 1/2 to 4 weeks for manufacturing. You may have missed that this is stated on the listing for the product. It is right above the image of the pistol pocket. https://utvheadquarters.com/inc/sdetail/114559 Your seat covers could be shipping as early as the end of next week.

Ashley, we apologize for the inconvenience of the missing hardware. All items are shipped new, in new boxes. Shipping carriers can be rough on packages at times causing tears in the boxes. When you reported the missing hardware it was shipped out that day, 3/1 and arrived to you on 3/4. We do our best to take care of customers and apologize that the carrier was rough on the package.

the winch I ordered was to fit my 2016 Honda pioneer 1000-5, according to your site it came with the necessary mounting plate for this application, the plate included did not fit my machine, so I called to find out what happened. They acknowledged that it needed a different plate and would send one out. I still have not received it yet.

Products did not fit my utv frame. If you going to sell a product you need to know it fits. Called Sismik they had one excuse after another. Not satisfied at all

Got the parts but no instructions. Asked for a set via email, no response. Finally got the doors on but they don't fit well.

In stock doesn’t mean in stock. I recently bought a cab kit for my ranger. Everything came but the doors. I ordered the kit for a hunting trip in upper Michigan. I ordered that kit from UTV headquarters because it was marked as in stock. The doors are coming the day after I have to leave....😡

Was missing hardware with the order. Sent in email with Pictures on Saturday on what was missing and got no respose from you. It would be good to get the necessary hardware needed.

Part was a reasonable price, but it took almost two weeks to receive it. I ordered on August 24 and received the part on September 5th. I ordered on a Friday morning and it did not ship out until the following Wednesday causing me to miss events for the weekend I ordered the part for.

I purchased a box that salesman said would work the box would not fit called to send back but I will not pay shipping again 20 bucks for a mistake utv made will shop elsewhere

Terrible customer service. I ordered $900 worth of product for my Polaris Ranger. They shipped me the wrong windshield and their "customer service" was to refund the difference between the price of the windshield I ordered and the one I got. I was left paying full price for something that isn't what I ordered or wanted. Order at your own risk! Guess they didn't realize I live where Polaris Rangers are built and I won't be recommending them to everyone here who has one!

I do not like the fact that I have to verify my address every time. I understand that there is fraud but there has to be a more convenient way for the customer.

It was so scratched up you can hardly see to back up which is why I bought it. The package it came in scratched the mirror like stuff reminds me of foil.

Teresa, I'm very sorry to hear about the problem. Did you make sure to remove the clear protective covering on the mirror? There is a small tab that you can pull it off with at the lower left corner. If this isn't removed, it will appear as blurry and scratched. Please let me know. We can contact the manufacturer if this isn't the issue. Best Regards Jon UTV HQ
