“I had problems getting to continue shopping after picking an item to put in my cart. The website would not let me continue shopping and would not let me save or go to checkout. It took 4 or 5 times to accomplish my shopping. I am not very patient , so had it taken any more tries I would have shopped elsewhere. Richard Tackett”

“I ordered a windshield and paid for it and the very next day after I was charged for it and the money came out of my account, I received an email saying that they no longer had that product in stock that the manufacturer discounted the product! That would have been nice to know before they took the money out of my account, I’m still waiting for a refund!”

Hi Monika, We work with many manufacturers and do our very best on both ends to keep updated with all the information on products, that being said every once in a while we do not know that a product has been discontinued until an order for it goes in. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Your order was cancelled as soon as it was discovered and your money was refunded, it takes up to 48 hours for it to be back in your account.

“Ordered 60/40 split seat covers for my Polaris. Got a call from UTV Headquarters to make sure of my shipping address and that my order was what I needed, as the seat covers were custom and not returnable. Customer service like this is very uncommon anymore.”

“Had to have accessories quick and questions answered quick to make decisions on what to buy. UTV phone rep answered and gave suggestions that were right on the money. So i went from spending nothing to buying some upper doors. That worked great this past weekend on a 100 mile ride.”
