“Difficult to use search feature on website. Non relevant items appear with searching specific items. Would be nice to see product availability to make sure part isn’t going to be back ordered. Super fast shipping. Worked quickly to resolve issue with shipping error”

“I had problems getting to continue shopping after picking an item to put in my cart. The website would not let me continue shopping and would not let me save or go to checkout. It took 4 or 5 times to accomplish my shopping. I am not very patient , so had it taken any more tries I would have shopped elsewhere. Richard Tackett”

“I shopping on line was easy I asked a question and got a answer back but nothing was sent to tell me that it was going to ship so after about a week I contacted someone again and they was supposed to check but never heard anything back and after about 2 weeks it showed up I like to know when it ships so I can get it off the porch so no one steals it lol”
