“I contacted UTV-HQ for my Military/LEO discount then eventually received it. I go to the website and everyone that visits the website gets the same deal. Then I tried to order the Inferno heater and only got the option of ordering the $30 add on for a crew cab. I had to call the company and wait and wait and wait until I spoke with someone. They corrected that issue fairly quickly. Overall, it was just a hassle but ended up with the purchase I wanted. My discount was disappointing because I had to somewhat work for it while Joe blow clicks on the website and gets the same thing. I spent about $1,200 bucks and don't regret the purchase. I'm not bashing UTV-HQ, I am just sharing my first experience. Thanks guys”

“I called before I ordered to resolve a couple questions before ordering. I was impressed by the service on the phone as well as the amazingly fast shipping after ordering. I placed my order mid-day and it went out the door the same day. UTV is very easy to do business with. The only issue I have is that the package arrived "pre-opened" which likely occurred during transit. It appears all the parts are there, but I won't know for sure until I get to install it in a week and a half. I attached a picture for reference.”

“great product. would recommend to anyone looking for a quality windshield for there ATV. was actually called 1 hour before delivery by company rep who just wanted to make sure i was happy and to offer a few pointers on installation”
