“I was told on the phone I’d receive an order confirmation and still have not received that. I placed the order on 6/7 and today is 6/15. I’m only under the impression my order is active because I paid with PayPal and I got a receipt from them and noticed the funds came out of my account.”

“No communication since I placed my order. Called four days later and indications are that it has shipped. We will see if it arrives. I was promised a tracking number communication upon shipment which did not occur.”

Our apologies if you think there was no communication. Your tracking was sent to the email address on your order. Unfortunately, there are customers spam filters on their email that will send tracking information into a spam/junk folder. Then they believe that none was sent. If you ever have a problem like that again, please give us a call and an opportunity to take care of you. We truly value our customers! Your product is scheduled to arrive tomorrow.

“No Leon bar to hold it down like in the picture”

The image on our website was given to us by the manufacturer. They changed the product & image and neglected to inform us. The design was changed because the bar was not necessary. This will not affect the performance of that wear bar. Our apologies.
