“Order something that was supposed to be (2) pieces and only 1 was sent to me. I contacted you the day it was received and you ackknowledged the error and said the 2nd piece was not shipped by mistake and it was shipped out to me. I have not received that 2nd piece yet. Tracking says I am to receive tomorrow 9/27. So as of now I am a little disappointed but I do appreciate talking care of it. I'll give 2 stas for now........”
“Took over a month to get a stock part that I was told would be 2-4 weeks. When it arrived it was the wrong part. I just traded it with a local vacuum shop for the correct part. Ended up paying an additional $20. Will not choose Vacuums r us to do business with again.”
