Hi Donnie, We have reviewed our emails and do not see any under your name or email address. As the phone message indicates emails is the best way to contact us as we are all working to fulfill orders throughout the day and often can not answer calls in a timely manner. However, that obviously does not work if the emails aren't coming through! I will copy this response to you in email to ensure there is nothing wrong with the email system.
Typically with orders like your the glue bottle is tucked inside the hose in a small plastic bag for protection. If you can respond to our email and verify it is not in the hose we will get a replacement order shipped tomorrow.

“I had been looking for a while for someone to sell us a spare part for the tires on our vacuum cleaners because we clean houses and that is the only brand that collects all the hair and crumbs from the floor.
