“I found this holiday park lovely and friendly, nice clubhouse and indoor and outdoor pools. The children absolutely loved the entertainer, he really made a brilliant effort with the few of them that were there on a quiet June weekend. I will definitely stay here again in the future.”

“I stayed here with a group of family and friends in July and received a warm welcome upon arrival and continually throughout our stay. The staff team are friendly and efficient. The facilities are great and the atmosphere was lovely. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this park.”

“The park is in a beautiful area with lots of different things surrounding it. The activities around are suitable for any age group. The caravans are huge and are great value for money. The park provides you with everything that you need to enjoy a holiday, including frying pans and little coffees. It's the little touches that made this place better compared to others we had stayed at.”

“We went to Vale Holiday Park in October 2016 for a week's break, the Park was quiet as it would be being the end of the Summer season, however, being a couple intent on sightseeing most of the days this suited us perfectly. The Park was very well maintained, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The little bungalow was very clean, nicely decorated, very homely, comfortable and extremely well equipped even down to a hairdryer. When we did visit the clubhouse, the menu although fairly simple was beautifully cooked and served piping hot. Would we stay there again, yes definitely. Well done.”

“A lovely place with friendly staff loads to do in the surroundings although we went late in the season and the weather was not the best. The caravan was very comfortable, spacious and clean. My family loved this holiday and we will definitely book again.”

“Lovely site,we had fab weather all the time we were there,lovely pool for my son,he loved it. Food in the pub was really nice and not overpriced,i loved every meal we had,large amount as well. Nice walk around the site which i enjoyed,lovely and easy base to explore tenby,west wales and surround. I will be booking again,if i can get a deal like had the last time,really east to book online as well,overall a great experience,i will be going back.”

“is our 2nd holiday but this time I'm very disappointed with the cleanliness, especially my wife is upset as she check all thinks ,sheet have some stain, shower door is dirty can see hair on the floor, glasses very dirty with greasy marks on it. that is at grondre holiday park.”

“Nice and well kept holiday park. Toilets and showers in good and clean condition. Touring field on a slope which made levelling the caravan a little difficult( had to use extra blocks under corner steadies ), but all in all an enjoyable weekend despite the weather which was wet. Definitely will use again.”

“Caravan was perfect. It was very quiet which was what me and my partner wanted. The only problem was that the park was a little far out from anywhere else which meant the one night we ate in the on site bar/restaurant and the food wasn't the best! Apart from that, everything was lovely!”

“We booked a caravan for ourselves, our daughter and granddaughter for a family week at your site in Tenby ( Cross Park ). The site was ok with some facilities for the baby however the caravan you gave us was a total disgrace. It was old with numerous faults and sited so close to the main road ( less than 10 feet ) that none of us slept for a week. It was a total waste of our money and we will never use your company again.”

“Small park on the outskirts of Newquay, the park is well kept with quite a number of privately owned caravans, the caravans owned by Vale to rent are clean and well kept but dated and I would suggest that new caravans for rent would be beneficial, we have been to this park many times over the years and find that it has not changed, there is a small village near with a pub and several small shops. Newquay is approx 5-10 minutes drive. Good site for families with small swimming pool.”

“Stayed at ocean heights on a few occasions last year after selling our caravan at quay west the year before. We wished we'd have found this place first, lovely, peaceful site with views of the sea. Indoor pool that we had to ourselves on a few occassion and a great club house with entertainment and affordable drinks. Friendly and helpful staff. Have already booked for this year as we love New Quay and Ocean Heights”
