You and your delivery people seem to give conflicting information, you say it's been dispatched and they say they have not received it and you ask me for my opinion of your service before I have received the goods.

“I received an email on the 11th stating "Your order has been given priority processing and shipment at no additional cost!" along with a tracking number that showed it was not actually shipped until the 16th. My order was placed on the 7th so at best that will be 10 days shipping time!
If this is the priority shipping upgrade I hate to think what the normal shipping time is, not impressed at all.”
