Excellent prices, but you do need to wait a while for delivery. Considering the money you can save on some items though it's well worth the wait. Their customer service is very poor though. From what I can surmise it's a call center in India, untrained in proper protocol, and mostly unhelpful. If you have a problem it's important to e-mail them as this will eventually get to someone who knows what they're doing. So yes, the telephone customer service is bad but I assume they have outsourced it to keep costs down. On average I found things £50 cheaper here than anywhere else, and this adds up quick! So I'm more than happy to put up with the poor customer service, for as long as you persevere with them (with e-mail) they'll get it sorted. I would highly recommend them for the frugal buyer who doesn't need the item in a hurry.

Time frame for delivery is 5-8 days after dispatch. From the website it would appear that it is 5-8 days after order. I would have given 5 stars if this had been clearer. I will certainly order again.

Did not get a conformation of order email after purchase and couldn't gain access to my order account after purchase. however happy with the communication over the phone and customer support email. good value for money bit slow on delivery but worth the wait due to price.

I am updating my review after actually recieving the goods I would say the experience was good, apart from that annoying habit of retailers asking for a review before they have delivered the goods, see previous review in brackets. (I haven't received the goods I purchased so can't rate any higher at this time.)

Dear James, Recently checking on our system for the order number specified, as well as the tracking ID provided by the courier, it shows that the parcel had just been delivered and signed for. We have ordered 2 phones recently, and both took about a week before they were dispatched. Everything else was fine just need to improve the time between order and dispatch.

I have decided to give Normal, but it can be much better if the buyer have more information regarding time scale for the delivery and the item location. This way it does not cause for concern as and when read other negative reviews from others. I was very pleased to see my item after 8days due to unaware of the delivery period. This the reason for any buyer to cause anxiety. I have purchased Canon EOS 700D DSLR Camera with 18-55mm IS STM Lens Kit is the present for my grand daughter's birthday and it will be open on Saturday 20th June until then I can't comments on the item as it is still sealed. I hope you may be able to improve your services and best of luck for your business. Thank you.

+ Phone is brilliant and specs are as advertised. Nicely protected for shipping and delivered by a reputable delivery service. - No purchase email confirmation received which make it a doupt if ordered went through or not. Overall satisfied as I get a high street quality phone at a very competitive price

Selection of goods and prices good, however a £10 postage supplement was completely unnecessary and ruined what would otherwise have been an enjoyable shopping experience. I will be unlikely to recommend the site as a result of this charge.

Excessive time taken in processing order. Lack of trace until the item had reached Europe. Web site did not make it clear that they were based in Hing Kong

Ordering was easy but the delivery/dispatch bit was really slow, we were told on email that it would be dispatched between 2 - 5 days it was slow, it's finally be dispatched and it also stated delivery would be between 5 - 8 working days, both information are way overdue from stated on email.

The price was very good but I feel that you should have a fast delivery option available. The item I chose stated 2-3 days shipping and it actually took 9 days to arrive. I did contact your customer service to see if I could expedite delivery and pay extra but it was not an option and although the operative was very nice she couldn't help me. I would have been happy to pay for a faster delivery.

Although the order was dispatched from our warehouse on time, as it was shipped to the courier's delivery depot for their distribution, shipment was put on hold by customs. Service as good as can be expected due to distances goods have to travel. Better communication as to status of delivery would be much appreciated.

Good price. Delivery came fom abroad which was unexpected and meant the delivery time was around 10 days because it was 'held up at customs'. To be fair, they did contact me to tell me without me having to chase which was good. Well packaged.
