This is the second request you have made for me to leave feedback on my recent purchase. However since you gave my order "priority processing and shipment" on the 31st December, I am still without my product. May I suggest you direct your energies to asking your chosen courier, DPD, what they have done with it? Their product tracking website yields no useful information whatsoever!

Item ordered 11 days ago meant to be delivered within 6-9 days. UK courier still waiting for delivery. ValueBasket customer service have no idea when the goods will be delivered

Item still not arrived. Advised that the delivery had been up-graded a few days ago, but not told expected delivery date. Just know that it's been collected from Amsterdam.

Purchased camera on 10th December for £329 and it has still not been shipped. It's a present for my daughter and is unlikely to arrive on time. Got an e-mail saying I had priority delivery at no extra cost but Ben I tracked my delivery it's still with FedEx and not even been dispatched. Very very disappointed and will now have to spend time chasing the order. I simply want this package by Xmas. Also not allowing alternative delivery addresses is a major inconvenience and flaw in the service provided. Please send my package Regards Ribin

I ordered a camera for a Christmas present on 10th December 2014 and I am extremely concerned it will not arrive in time. I contacted your Help Desk and was issued a tracking number, but not clear information on how to use it. After considerable searching I found the Carriers web site and it appears my camera reached Singapore yesterday. I am now sorry I placed the order with you.

The emails are somewhat confusing and I have found that after trying to check my order for the past two days it has just been 'pending' whereas a couple of days ago it said it was on its way and the parcel still is not with me.

Have not received the item purchased as yet after receiving an e-mail that I was being upgraded to priority delivery, not very impressed as the money for the purchase was taken from my account on the date of purchase.

Hi My order number 313690-632 which was ordered on 29 November 2014 I still await my item or to when this will be delivered had no feedback with regard to my order just an email to say my account has been debited. regards Jerry

We have been disappointed with the delivery time. At the time of writing we are still waiting for delivery, 6 days after the order was placed. Although we have not yet exceeded the stated 2-4 working days for shipping and 4-7 working days for delivery, we were led to expect a shorter time-span by messages on the first day saying the order was already being prepared and after 2 days saying "Your order has been given priority processing and shipment at no additional cost!" The tracker shows no movement with the shipper in 4 days. It would be better not to raise expectations in this way. The evaluation may have been more positive if we had continued to expect to wait as much as 7 working days
