“Ordered a tripod lamp where the legs needed to be assembled. After an hour of trying to put it together of what should have been a simple task, realised the bolts inside two of the legs were faulty. Called, explained and replacement were sent out straight away. Took max 10 minutes to put it together”

“Generally very happy with this item. However it’s not 5 star rating because the light does not hang level. There is a 10mm difference. It appears to be because of the 2 chains being different lengths. But these cannot be adjusted.”

“Extremely unhappy with this purchase, the top of the glass is not level. The only way to get the light shade level is to have the socket for the bulb leaning over at a ridiculous angle.”
