“Ordered matchng table and floor lamp. Both returned as faulty. Cheaply made, substandard. With Valuelights the saying is true " you get what you pay for"”

“Rather dissapointed with all of my purchases if I'm honest. I bought two ceiling lamp shades, both of which you have to assemble yourself, which I don't have an issue with, I just wish I'd known as for the price I paid I probably would have gone else where, paid less and not had to self assemble (yes slightly lazy). However the most disappointing issue was that both panels of the light shades were covered in brown glue and as the light shade material is grey, it's not a great look. Overall I probably won't be purchasing again from value lights just because the quality you get for the price you pay just isn't good enough.”

“Excellent light, great value, brilliant service. The light arrived broken at first, obviously the couriers' fault as the box was marked as 'fragile glass' and the light was well packaged. When I let Value Lights know, they sent out another one instantly, didn't want the old one back - perfect service, great light, thank you!”
