“The item I bought was a tripod floor lamp and received it in good time however the lamp shade when received was not fit for its purpose as it was all squashed and twisted ,on the upside customer service was excellent when you could get through partial refund given for the shade and a replacement ordered so it all ended well and fed back that better packaging be used for shades .”

“Fast service, polite messages, excellent packaging and a perfect product. Am a hippy at heart and adore my huge paper lanterns...though my partner and any visitor over 5' 3" will need to duck or walk round them!”

“I brought a pair of hotel lights for either side of my bed. I love them. Excellent quality, they come with a usb charger and a separate led light, perfect for late night reading without disturbing anyone else. I would highly recommend.”

“Cheap lamps and they look cheap. You need to assemble them, so by the time you unpack and assemble, you don't really feel like doing it again and send them back. Will never again order cheap lamps. You can see the bulb trough the shade - not a good look. Two small pieces broke when assembling... Not impressed at all.”
