“The product is as described and ideal for our purposes but the customer service was lacking. The tracking link provided by email didn't not work and when we contacted customer service to clarify when the product was being delivered they were uninterested, despite the product not being delivered and a second delivery had to be arranged. As a company you chose which delivery service you provide for your customers and until the product is delivered it's still your sale.”

“Value lights were good they supplied a good quality lamp for a good price, the offer promo-codes to new customers which I took advantage of. The only thing which let the whole process down was delivery by Hermes as they left my parcel in my "shed" which I do not have so had to go around hunting for my parcel. But I would buy from value lights again.”

“I ordered the DuBose copper floor lamp with navy and gold shade via your web site, however the shade that I received was 450mm diameter with metal rims which is far to heavy and therefore the lamp would not stand up so I had to purchase a smaller shade at 350mm with plastic rims to be able to use the item. The base had minimal damage and the material covering was rolled back and at first we thought that was why it wouldn't stand upright.”

“We was very particular in looking for a specific set of lamps for a our first home and we could not find what we wanted anywhere, until we found this website and was overwhelmed with the range. The site is really clearly laid out and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring each category. In addition, we found the order and delivery process very simple. We would recommend highly to our family and friends.”
