“It wasn't a problem I had to attach each leaf to the branches of my new light (it was cheap) but the problem was the holes in the leaves didn't match up to the holes in the branches so I had to give up on the supplied pins and resort to wire. It took many hours and made my fingers very sore. I certainly wouldn't order from them again!”

“Ordered three different lamps on two occasions from valuelights. First order of two lamps were fantastic quality and well packaged! Second order had a slight issue as it had some strange fluid on it, however customer service was AMAZING and responded almost immediately and sent out a replacement straight away so I can't fault them at all! Will be ordering from here again!”

“Having placed my first order it arrived.... thrown over my neighbours back garden , landing on the floor and wet through in the rain. Phoned Value Lights and explained what had happened, the adviser told me there was nothing they could do about the delivery company - Hermes but what they could do is replace it if it is faulty. I have not opened it yet as I am waiting until I move but hopefully it will still be in one piece !!”

“Bought the consul 8 spot rectangular plate light for my Grandmas kitchen, she is 97 and partially sighted, and she absolutely loves it, we trained the lights over the areas she needs the extra light the most, ie over the microwave and kettle etc and it has made such a difference for her, she is thrilled to bits! :-)”
