“This is a lovely light but didn't meet our needs as we want a plate that is 28cm wide, the dimensions quoted 28cm which we assumed was the fixing plate but it is 28cm to include the bulbs, so we had to return”

“Very efficient service. I ordered a bathroom ceiing light and bulb. Then realised that the light required two bulbs and that I also had a discount voucher code. When I phoned customer service I was able to cancel and place new order with discount. The cancelled order was refunded immediately. The goods were delivered well packaged and arrived next day. Can't fault them”
