“In packing the lights you do not use air bubbles to cushion the lights from hard knocks & damage. Pl. see the attachment. The box was torn when l received my first order made in 2/6/19. Luckily the lights were not damaged. For my 2nd order made recently (October 17) the box was in good condition. I hope my feedback will help VL to improve on packing of the products for delivery.”

“Service was very good, emails for confirmation and delivery. Product is really good and far less expensive than the same product elsewhere. There’s a good choice on the website to choose from, and products packed extremely well, no breakages and everything worked. Will be using in the future”

“Great lights and fast delivery. Instantly refunded my postage costs when I got in touch to explain I hadn’t received a shipping notification yet. Fortunately they turned up later that day anyway, but it was very kind to rectify it so quickly and efficiently with no questions asked!”

“Very disappointed I’ve ordered a table lamp Waited nearly 2 weeks for the delivery apparently turns out it was sent to the wrong address but nobody let me know I had to get in touch with them myself to find out what has happened to my order Very disappointed as a first time buyer not a great customer service”
