“The lamp looks very good but the shade bent when I took it out of the wrapping. It was probably my fault for not realising it was quite delicate, but it was a shame nevertheless”

“The item I received was faulty with parts of the metal hinges screwed on the wrong way around. Very poor quality. Item cost £69.99 and no way worth that. I was refunded in full and told to bin the item.”
