“I wrote to you a couple of weeks ago asking if you sold spare parts for one of your lights as I have broken one of the glass bits that cover the light So far I have not had any acknowledgement I look forward to your reply”

“easy to place an order online, the whole process quick and efficient but as a company they shouldn’t use Hermes. I got a notification saying itl be delivered on Saturday between 2-4 pm but then at 5.25pm the status changed to “there’s been a slight delay but we will deliver asap” I waited all day for it to be delivered. Eventually delivered on Tuesday.”

“The tripod stand lamp I ordered is lovely and very reasonable for money but the shade it comes with is awful, you have to put the shade together yourself by rolling it along a Velcro pad and it’s creased from being folded for delivery. The company have been very good in saying they will refund me just for the shade though. Great customer service”

“Was not keen on the fact that you have to make the shade and add the detail diamanté to it. Really not very good at this and it just does not look the same. Quite disappointed actually.”

“Excellent company. One of my orders was mislaid by the carrier. After I queried my delivery, Valuelights, they acknowledged the issue and expedited the order in double-quick time. Honesty and integrity are rare these days. Communications were first class and I have no hesitation in recommending Valuelights to any customer. I will definitely buy from them again.”
