“Shortly after assembly, the light began to overheat and failed. I tried to contact customer service via phone and email but have had no response. I have been unable to arrange a refund or replacement so far.”

“Will definitely use this company again, lovely products, free delivery over £70, and free returns, I even got 10% off. I used the return process and it was so easy and hassle free, no problems at all. Delighted with the items I kept :-)”

“Good price, especially with discount. Well packaged but disappointed that had to assemble shades. Difficult to get creases out and unsure how long the Velcro will stay looking good.”
